I underwent cardiac bypass surgery over 10-years ago! After several ups and downs, I am fortunate to say that I’m doing very well now. It’s been a long and interesting journey.

This blog, I attempted to start several years ago, but like many other well-intention projects it fell by the wayside.  However, I’ve decided to give it another try, and try to share my experiences with others and maybe a few would benefit from it.
